Price list and terms of service for consumer customers

 

  • Initiated disconnection process, including possible reconnection: € 25
  • Documentation and research: € 60/beginning 30 min.
  • Recovery of extra payment and adjustment of error execution: € 10
  • Payment notice fee: € 5
  • Invoicing every three months: 4.90 €/month
  • If the annual consumption estimate of the site is less than 1 MWh, we will charge a maintenance fee of 2.90 €/ month. If actual consumption differs from the estimate, the customer should contact our customer service.
  • Lumo Energia has the right to use the customer's data in accordance with the privacy policy.

 

Right to exchange

 

  • The right to exchange is an additional service for a monthly fee. It gives you the right to enter into a new fixed-term Lumo Energia electricity contract during your ongoing fixed-term contract.
  • The right to exchange can be used in connection with Lumo Energia’s fixed-term contracts, which are as long as or longer than your current contract.
  • The right to exchange is connected to a fixed-term contract and cannot be terminated during the contract time.
  • The right to exchange is invoiced monthly on your electricity bill.
  • If you have a 6 or 12-month fixed-term electricity contract, the right of exchange can be exercised once during the contract period.
  • If you have a 24 or 36-month fixed-term electricity contract, the right of exchange can be exercised once in 12 months.
  • The right to exchange can be connected to a fixed-term electricity contract only when signing the agreement.
  • The right to exchange can be connected to an electricity contract, which applies to a house with max. energy consumption of 30,000 kWh/year.
  • Contact our customer service, when you wish to use your right to exchange.
  • The new contract will start earliest on the first workday after you have announced your wish to exercise your right to exchange.
  • If the right to exchange has not been exercised before the fixed-term contract expires, you must cancel the right to exchange yourself by contacting our customer service. Otherwise, the right to exchange continues as an additional service for a monthly fee that applies until further notice.

 

Terms for using promotional or campaign codes

 

The benefit or credit obtained with the promotional or campaign code can not be exchanged for cash. The benefit can also not be exchanged for money, even if the customer terminates his/her electricity contract with Lumo Energia before receiving the full credit.

Only new customers can use promotional codes. The new customer must enter into an electricity contract on the lumoenergia.fi website to take advantage of the benefit or credit. A new customer can only use one (1) promotional code. Promotional benefits cannot be combined with other benefits or credits.
